2. What are the requirements to become an authorized wireless dealer?
Fill out the sign up form on our website, with supporting documents within. Supporting documents vary depending on account type requested. You may also contact an Empower representative to obtain support and walk you through the process.
3. What are the steps to becoming an authorized wireless dealer?
- Fill out the sign up form and provide documents: The sign up process is an easy 3 step sign up. Fill out the sign up form on our “Sign Up” page, including the supporting documents. You may also contact an Empower representative to obtain support and walk you through the process.
- Wait for approval: An Empower representative will call you within 24hrs to confirm all your information and the request is processing.
- Once approved an account is created: When the account is created you will receive login credentials for the Empower platform via email within a week. You will also receive a printed copy with a welcome kit.
- Welcome kit is sent: A welcome kit will be sent to you by mail. This includes a printed copy of your credentials and some marketing materials. Marketing materials will vary depending on the account type. This process may take approximately a couple of weeks depending on stock availability.
- Empower representative offers a training/welcome call: A representative will contact you and offer training or any help you may need to get started.
4. What account types does Empower offer?
